Zegras has to be in the lineup ..sooner rather than later. How much more proof do you need that this team cannot or doesn't have an imaginative offensive player ... Get him in there for Terry and put Danton down with Steel and Jones and let Getz play with Trevor and Comtois.

Gibson is unreal... Hutton looked good and it was smart of Eakins to keep Shatty on the bench for the final minutes. The big Finn is playing well also.

Ben, I love it that we are getting regular Ducks blogs, but c'mon man! Stop criticizing wins! Most of us Ducks fans know this team is average at best and we are waiting with bated breath for Zegras to make his debut, but we know most games are not going to be Rembrandt's. For instance, you didn't have too many good things to say about the Ducks beating the Av's, who then turn around and demolish the San Jose Sharks, 7-2.
The Ducks played decently and got 3 out of 4 points from a Stanley Cup contending team. Yeah, they can't score goals to save their life, but they are winning games and Gibby seems happy. Let us have this!

Well there is some deserved blame to be shared for sure... this team should at least be a little more of a threat in the O zone. But for the most part games are going to be pretty tight.

Let him break into pro hockey in the AHL at least for a few games. They haven't been playing due to Covid concerns, so in reality he's had 1 game at the "pro" level. I think unreal expectations are being placed on him, as a savior to all of our scoring woes, and it's not fair to him. At minimum, let him get his feet wet in the AHL. If he isn't lights out there, then there's no reason to rush him.
